Queen Bee Fair & Giant Tag Sale, Christ Episcopal Church Bethany, May 9

Fair, Sale, Food, Raffles, Bakery, Silent Auction, Country Store, Costume Jewelry, Twice Nice Women's Clothing, Plants and Much More

Bethany is all abuzz about “The Queen Bee’s Fair” on May 9th when area townsfolk are warmly invited to swarm to Christ Episcopal Church, 526 Amity Road, for a delightful day.

The honey of a fair, held from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., will provide numerous opportunities for Mom to be treated like a royal queen. The annual day-before-Mother’s Day event features amazing bargains, fabulous food, unparalleled finds, nifty raffles, and whimsical honey bee decorations, according to Mary Karoll and Jan Kershner, co-chairmen of the popular spring fair.

As a special Mother’s Day feature there will be an opportunity to have a photo taken of you and your Mom, you and your children, or all three generations together. Money earned at the fair will be used for church ministries, including the opportunity to shed God’s light to local, national and international children through NEON (Naugatuck Ecumenical Outreach Network), the Rosebud Indian Reservation in South Dakota, and the Nambale Magnet School in Kenya.
