WOODBRIDGE, CT — Woodbridge Police arrested two juveniles after a vehicle was stolen in New Haven.
Police conducted a traffic stop on Litchfield Turnpike near Bradley. The vehicle fled the traffic stop and eventually came to a stop after mechanical issues.
Two juvenile suspects were taken into custody. One is a missing runaway from Litchfield.
