Take A Tour: East Lyme's Five Priciest Homes On The Market Right Now

EAST LYME, CT — New homes dominate East Lyme's list of the most expensive homes for sale: Zillow lists all five as built in 2025 or 2026, and two are on the same street with views of Long Island Sound, according to Zillow.com.

No. 1 on the list is 12 Pumpkin Grove, a new house in an HOA community with views of Long Island Sound, listed at $1,799,000. Built in 2025, it has 4,010 square feet, four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one half bathroom on 0.59 acres, with 10-foot ceilings on the first floor and fireplaces in both the family room and the primary bedroom. It has been on Zillow for 293 days.

Just behind it is 58 Lake Point Drive, a new-construction home on Pattagansett Lake in a private enclave of three houses, listed at $1,750,000. The 3,503-square-foot house has four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one half bathroom on 1.14 acres, with a first-floor primary suite, vaulted ceilings, 5-inch oak floors and a three-car garage. It has been on Zillow for three days.

Rounding out the top three is 7 Pumpkin Grove, on the same street as No. 1, listed at $1,679,000. The new-construction Cape, which the listing calls one of the last homes left in the community, has 3,379 square feet, four bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one half bathroom on 0.65 acres, Long Island Sound views, a two-story great room and a first-floor primary bedroom. It has been on Zillow for 190 days.

No. 4 is 1 Twin Valley Road, the model home for the Lillinonah plan at Riverside Reserve, a community of 22 houses on a cul-de-sac, listed at $1,442,995. Built in 2025, it has 2,831 square feet, four bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one half bathroom on 0.89 acres, with a two-story foyer, a quartz kitchen and box beams in the dining area. It has been on Zillow for 55 days.

Closing out the top five is 119 Scott Road, a custom contemporary finished in 2025 with what the listing calls Japandi-inspired design, listed at $1,299,999 after a $49,000 price cut on Sept. 8. It has 2,716 square feet of finished space, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one half bathroom on 0.99 acres, a full-slab kitchen island and radiant heated floors. It has been on Zillow for 77 days.

Only homes marked "For sale" or offered as new construction were included; pending, coming-soon, land-only and multifamily listings were left out. The house at 17 Hathaway Road ($1,395,000) was left out because Zillow marks it "Coming soon" until Nov. 6, and 35 Nehantic Drive in Niantic ($1,540,000), home of the Black Point Market, was left out as a mixed-use store and residence.
