Update: Police Find Body on Side of Route 15, Ask for Public's Help
Detectives are investigating an untimely death after a body was found on the side of the highway.
Police are investigating a death after a traffic accident on Route 15 southbound near the Woodbridge/New Haven line this morning.
The highway was closed shortly after 9 a.m. Department of Transportation workers found what appeared to be a body on the side of the road around exit 59, police said.
Police said incident appears to be a car vs. pedestrian.

Anyone who was in the area of Exit 59 Southbound on the Wilbur Cross Parkway overnight and may have witnessed something is asked to contact State Police at Troop I-Bethany at (203) 393-4200 or text “TIP711” with your information to 236748. All calls/texts will be kept confidential.
