Police have identified the victim from Sept. 15's fatal accident as Nicole Graves, 34, of Ansonia.Police continue to investigate the accident. A preliminary investigation revealed that Graves was involved in a minor motor vehicle accident with another vehicle making a turn into a driveway on Rimmon Road.She was standing in the road near the back of her own car when a third vehicle operated by an 84-year-old Woodbridge resident struck her.She was transported to the hospital where she died due to her injuries.
