Woman Charged After Dispute In Parking Lot: Woodbridge PD

The accused was held in lieu of a $5,000 bond, police say.

WOODBRIDGE, CT — A West Haven woman is accused of being involved in a dispute and violating a protective order, Woodbridge Police said. On Sept. 25 members of the Woodbridge Police Department served an active criminal arrest warrant for Kizzie Gibson, 41, of Wallace Street in West Haven, police said.

Gibson’s arrest stems from a Sept. 09 incident in a local business’s parking lot where she was involved in a dispute, police said. Gibson was charged violation of a protective order and second-degree breach of peace.

Gibson was unable to post her $5,000.00 court set bond and was transported to New Haven Superior Court on Sept. 25 for her arraignment.
