Woman Stole License Plate: Woodbridge PD

WOODBRIDGE, CT — A Waterbury woman was arrested after she was found driving with a stolen license plate, according to police.

Police noticed she only had one plate on her vehicle June 7 and pulled her over on Route 69. The plate was previously reported stolen.

Laquanda Binns, 30, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, driving under suspension, operating a vehicle without insurance or registration and failure to display plate.
