Woodbridge Arrests Include Assault, Violation of Sex Offender Registry Requirements

Joseph DiCicco, 21, of Walnut Hill Road in Orange was charged with third-degree assault after he allegedly hit another person in a Landin Street driveway on July 12.

Kathryn Quiello, 34, of Manila Avenue in Woodbridge was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct on July 13 after being arrested on an outstanding warrant from a June incident, according to police.

Sex offender registry arrest

Kenneth Morris, 59, of Old Still Road in Woodbridge was arrested June 30 after he allegedly violated state sex offender registry requirements in 2014 and 2015.
