Woodbridge Boutique Finds New Home

The store, which sells women's clothing, jewelry and gifts, is leasing 1,315 square feet of space beginning July 1.

WOODBRIDGE, CT - The Red Barn of Woodbridge, a popular women's clothing boutique, is moving from its current space at 378 Amity Road to a new location in town at 245 Amity Road, Suite 111, according to the commercial real estate firm Levey Miller Maretz.

The store, which also sells jewelry and gifts, is leasing 1,315 square feet of space beginning July 1.

Jeremy Rosner and Diane Urbano, both of Levey Miller Maretz, represented both parties in the deal, The Red Barn and the landlord, Research Development at Bradley Road LLC.

The store is owned by Ellen Eisenberg, who opened it in October 2007. It has become a destination among locals seeking unique gifts and clothing, and has earned various accolades over the years, including the New Haven Advocate’s “Best of New Haven” award.
