Woodbridge joins Facebook

The Town of Woodbridge now has an official page on the social networking site, Facebook.

You may “like” the Town at www.Facebook.com/WoodbridgeCT.

The Town’s page will update residents with Town information, including upcoming meetings and events, news articles and other items of interest.

“Increasing communication with Woodbridge residents has been one of my priorities and using Facebook provides Town residents with a fun and dynamic way to get timely and important information about their town,” says First Selectman Ellen Scalettar.

The Facebook page may also be used by Woodbridge-based nonprofit organizations that wish to promote an event of general interest happening within Woodbridge or that benefits Woodbridge.
