Woodbridge Offers Press Release Workshop

The workshop is part of the Town's efforts to support local businesses

Attention Woodbridge businesses! Learn how to capture audience’s attention and how to spread your business news at a press release workshop at the Woodbridge Town Library on Oct. 26 at 5:30 p.m. There is no charge for this event.

The Town of Woodbridge is sponsoring this workshop to support local businesses. The Woodbridge Economic Development Commission and First Selectman Ellen Scalettar have been working to support local businesses through business visits, business happy hour events and educational seminars to promote the Town’s Shop Woodbridge, Dine Woodbridge, Try Woodbridge campaign.

The workshop will be led by Woodbridge resident Cara Rosner. Rosner has been on both sides of the business: She is a former business reporter and business editor for the New Haven Register and served as communications manager for a major local nonprofit. Rosner is now a freelance reporter and public relations consultant.
