Woodbridge Police Arrest Two People on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on July 4 on drug charges.

Police responded to a Burma Road residence on a report of two people passed out in a car, police said.

When police arrived they found Reginald Higgins, 20, of Hamden and Heather Barron of Woodbridge. They were allegedly in possession of narcotics.

Higgins was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Barron was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana with intent to sell.
