Woodbridge Police Blotter: DUI Arrest

Aug. 4, Woodbridge police arrested Xavier Velez, 26, of Branch St., Waterbury, on a warrant for an accident that took place on May 5 at Litchfield Turnpike and Downs Road. Police picked him up from the Waterbury Police Department and charged him with operating without a license and driving under the influence. Velez posted a $1,500 bond and was given a court date of Aug. 17.
