Woodbridge Police are investigating a fatal motor vehicle accident on Route 313/Rimmon Road just west of Redwood Lane.The accident occured on Sept. 15 around 4:42 p.m., police said.Two vehicles were treaveling westbound on Route 313 and were involved in a minor accident. Both operators were out of their vehicles standing in the roadway when another vehicle struck one of the operators along with a stopped vehicle.The struck operator was rushed to Yale-New Haven Hospital where he or she died, police said. Police are waiting to release the identity pending notification of ext of kin.
