Woodbridge Police Swears In New Officer

New patrol officer Daniel Sanchez was welcomed into the community recently.

WOODBRIDGE, CT - The Woodbridge Police Department now has a new patrol officer, Daniel Sanchez. He was sworn in at an Oct. 3 Board of Police Commissioner's meeting. Sanchez is bilingual and speaks Spanish fluently.

He is also a graduate of Central Connecticut University and a member of the Connecticut Army National Guard, according to a statement from the town.

Police Chief Frank Cappiello said: "We are happy to have Daniel as a member of our Department, and as a member of our law enforcement family."
