Chante Mitchell, 28, of Orchard St. in New Haven, was arrested on a warrant stemming from an incident that happened Apr. 29, 2009. She was charged with evading responsibility, following too closely and operating under suspension. She was processed in Woodbridge, released on a promise to appear, and was given a court date of Feb. 15.
