Woodbridge Teen Charged with DUI in Orange

Orange police say officers responded to the scene of a two-vehicle accident on Racebrook Road at 6:09 p.m. on Dec. 1.

Officers had one of the involved drivers, Benjamin O’Connor, 18, of Old Barnabas Road in Woodbridge, perform standardized roadside sobriety tests, police said.

Officers also seized a small amount of marijuana from the arrestee, and he was subsequently taken into custody and charged with DUI, following too closely, and possession of less than half ounce of marijuana.

He was released after posting $50 bond.
