• Hartford man charged with DUI in Bloomfield crash that killed tow truck operator (ctpost.com) — Bloomfield police have charged a Hartford man with manslaughter and DUI in a September crash on Tunxis Avenue that killed tow truck operator Alexander Ramos. Investigators say the driver’s car overturned near the scene, and a regional accident reconstruction team examined the vehicle and medical records before securing an arrest warrant and setting a substantial bond.
