• Branford Community Gardens Launches First-Ever 'Adopt-a-Plot' Sponsorship Program (patch.com) — Branford Community Gardens is launching a new Adopt-a-Plot sponsorship program to support its Seed, Weed, and Feed initiative, which donates organic vegetables to the Branford Food Pantry and Community Dining Room. Residents, families, and local businesses can sponsor plots to fund soil, tools, water, and programming, while deepening community connections at the Birch Road garden ahead of this season’s activities.    

• Broadway producer's Branford home sells for $3.5M (thehour.com) — A waterfront home at 21 Sagamore Cove Road in Branford, once owned by Tony-winning Broadway producer Robert G. Bartner, sold in early April for $3.5 million. Custom-built in 2015, the 4,030‑square‑foot house features sweeping Long Island Sound views, shoreline access, a highly engineered seawall, indoor lap pool, elevator, and modern systems including solar panels and an EV hookup.
