Branford College Student Earns Degree

From UVM: Julia Watsky of Branford, CT, graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Nursing during commencement ceremonies on May 20, 2018, at the University of Vermont.

The university conferred degrees this year on an estimated 3,055 graduates, including 2,443 bachelor's, 387 master's, 112 doctoral and 113 medical degree recipients. Among expected degree recipients are students from 43 states and 204 international students from 35 foreign countries. Approximately 1,021 graduates are from Vermont.

Alexander Nemerov, alumnus and one of the nations' leading art historians and scholar of cultural history, delivered the address.
