Paul A. Deluca, 49, of New London, was charged with risk of injury to a child, illegal sexual contact with a victim under age 16, and fourth-degree sexual assault.

Ross C. Manley, 32, of Branford, was charged with third-degree larceny, fourth-degree larceny, and fifth-degree larceny.

Paul Francis Scialabba, 56, of Madison, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

April 12

Michael Anthony Rivera, 55, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening.

Willie Colon, 22, of Hamden, was charged with second-degree false incident report and second-degree threatening.

April 14

Brian C. MacKinnel, 42, of Branford, was charged with creating a public disturbance.

April 15

John P. Giammattei, 68, of Branford, was charged with third-degree assault of an elderly victim and second-degree breach of peace.

Karla Nicole Jimenez, 25, of New haven, was charged with third-degree assault, third-degree criminal property damage and disorderly conduct.

Christopher Lee Moore, 42, of Stratford, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Thomas Christopher Picard, 50, of Hamden, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

April 16

Carol A. Canzanella, 59, of Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct.

April 17

Roderick Shawn Nelson, 26, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Jaylin E. Rodriguez, 24, of West Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

April 18

John P. Giammattei, 68, of Branford, was charged with creating a public disturbance.
