Ryan M. Kilbride, 43, of New Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order and second-degree harassment.

April 7

Lilliana Alicia Longway, 18, of Branford, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and reckless driving.

April 10

Mary G. Daniels, 24, of Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct.
