Elliot R. Hastings, 44, of East Haven, was charged with creating a public disturbance.

Clarence M. Gordon, 59, of New Haven, was charged with third-degree larceny, third-degree burglary, and second-degree criminal mischief.

Jan. 27

Terrence Broxton, 32, of New Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance - first offense and violation of pistol permit requirements.

Jan. 28

Stephen L. Laforte, 52, of Milford, was charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.
