Phillip McPhillips, 56, of Branford, was charged with second-degree harassment and violation of a protective order.

Jan. 28

Bravo Pena, 23, of Stamford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Bennett Charles Taft, 21, of Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct.

,Jan. 29

Christina Joyce Montreuil, 22, of Branford, was charged with violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

Joseph Ernest Lillo, 44, of Meriden, was charged with second-degree kidnapping with a firearm, second-degree threatening, and violation of a protective order.

Lisa Carroll Derosa, 59, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.

Jan. 31

Mahesh Pokhrel, 41, of Branford, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment.

Feb. 2

Frank Zdunek, 73, of Branford, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault/sexual contact without consent and disorderly conduct/annoying, interfering with another person through offensive conduct.

Christopher J. Howe, 32, of North Branford, was charged with criminal possession of a firearm and illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle.

Alan Frank Santos, 43, of Branford, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, criminal impersonation, possession of a controlled substance/third offense, interfering with an officer, and three counts of violation of probation.
