Tyrone G. Chen, 52, of Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Alyssa Marie Ruotolo, 35, of New Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.
March 13
Eileen Megan Frawley, 36, of West Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first-degree failure to appear, possession of a controlled substance, interfering with an officer, and violation of probation.
Derek Danziger, 39, of NY, NY, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Anthony Ferraro, Jr., 51, of East Haven, was charged with fourth-degree larceny.
March 14
Dewayne G. Miller, 58, of Wakefield, RI, was charged with fifth-degree larceny.
Leonard Joseph Sande, 40, of Milford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs/third offense, third-degree criminal mischief, reckless driving, and evading responsibility with injury/property damage.
March 16
Charles Rolin Baker, 55, of Branford, was charged with first-degree failure to appear in court.
Brian Thomas Cupole, 35, of Shelton, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
David E. Lantieri, 48, of Naugatuck , was charged with weapon in a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled substance/second offense.
March 17
Jason Matthew Baldino, 42, of Derby, was charged with third-degree larceny and home improvement without certification.
