Reginald King, 47, of Waterford, was charged with first-degree failure to appear.

March 16

Roberto Iarussi, 52, of Madison, was charged with operating a drug factory, possession of narcotics with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled substance and second-degree failure to appear.

Karrie Ferriouoli, 50, of Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Luciana Margaret Mason, 19, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault.

Mariah Brenda Rose, 30, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

March 20

Keith A. Bruno, 43, of Stamford, was charged with driving under the influence, third offense and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.

March 21

Anthea I. Collins, 50, of New Haven, was charged with issuing bad checks.

March 22

Joshua Raymond Miller, 29, of Branford, was charged with second-degree harassment.
