Branford Recreation Theatre Camp Registration Opens

From Branford Recreation: The Branford Recreation Department is pleased to announce that its summer Theatre Camp registration has begun and will start in June.

Taught by actress, stage manager, theatre director Branford resident, Maeve Cunningham, these acting classes will teach children of all ages, confidence, leadership and teamwork necessary in the field of performance arts. Younger students will learn different theatre techniques and prepare for their own show while older students will also learn theatre techniques while preparing monologues for future auditions and for their own showcase.

• Session 1 - Theatre Camp for ages 8 to 15 will be held Monday thru Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. the week of June 12 thru June 16 and the cost is $130.00 per child. CODE # 440003A
• Session 2 - Theatre Camp will be held from 9:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m. starting June 19 to June 23 and the fee is $130.00. CODE #440003B

If your child has ever wanted to explore the world of theatre, gain more confidence or explore their creativity then these classes are the perfect fit.

Location of the class has yet to be determined. Registrants will be given ample notification prior to the start of the class
