Was Sunday At The Bristol American Legion Post 83
This event was hosted by the American Legion Post 83 Branford, CT and took place there. The Battle of Iwo Jima was fought February 19 - March 26, 1945. This is a memorial tribute to the men who served during the Battle of Iwo Jima and Vincent Thomas, WWII Navy, who lead the Iwo Jima Survivors for many years. This Free event featured a Ceremony, Quilts of Valor, Speakers, Bell Toll, Iwo Jima military displays and Refreshments.
