The Connecticut Hospice moved to its 100 Double Beach Road location in 2001, replacing the Echlin Corporation, which spent 20 years at the waterfront location. Renovations at that time did not upgrade essential building infrastructure that has since become critical to operations of the Hospice inpatient facility and home care headquarters.

“This grant is going to take Connecticut Hospice to the next step into the future,” Hospice President and CEO Barbara Pearce said.
