Drive-Up Curbside Flu Shot Clinic By Branford Public Schools

Branford School District, in collaboration with the Branford School Based Health Centers and the East Shore Health Department, will host a Drive-Up Curbside Flu Shot Clinic on November 18, 2020 from 9:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. at Branford High School. This clinic is open to all district students and billed directly to your insurance.

If you are a student of Murphy, Walsh or Branford High School, please bring these two forms completed with you on the day of the event.
