The Ecological Perfect Storm: Deer Ticks in Japanese Barberry 

Dr. Scott Williams, an Assistant Research Scientist at The Connecticut Agricultural Experiment Station in New Haven, will present his findings on the ecological interconnectedness between black-legged ticks, Japanese barberry, white-footed mice, and white-tailed deer.

His research focuses on the deleterious impacts overabundant white-tailed deer can have on both forest and human health.
