Ask yourself these questions…..

Have you fallen in the last year? Are you taking more than 4 medications?  Do you have problems with mobility or have general weakness?  Do you have difficulty with vision? Have you experienced a stroke or any other neurological problems?  Do you have pain or numbness in your legs or feet?  Do you have confusion, feel depressed or anxious?  Do you use a walker or wheelchair, or do you need assistance to get around?  Do you feel dizzy or unsteady if you made sudden changes in movement, such as bending down or turning quickly?  ARE YOU AFRAID OF FALLING? 

 If you answered yes to any of these questions then you need to attend the balance screening at Cedar Woods.  As part of our Lunch and Lecture Series, a complimentary Lunch prepared from scratch by our Chef will be served along with the music of Vinnie Carr.
