Free Meals in Branford Schools This Summer and an Administrator Retires: Report
A school administrator with 28 years of service has retired.

Branford, CT - School is no longer in session but there's still plenty going on in the schools and school system.
This week the Board of Education said goodbye and thank you to Assistant Branford High School Principal Anna Puglia, who retired after a 28-year career, the Branford Eagle reports.
A total of 150 people have applied for the position.

Also once again free breakfast and lunch is being provided to any child 18 or younger, the Eagle reports. Last year, 13,000 meals were handed out.
The free meals will be served Monday through Friday until August 12 at Branford High School and Tisko Elementary School. Lunches will also be served at Sliney School.
