Inaugural Faxon Law Madison Half Marathon & 5K Expects to Sell Out!

With nearly 600 runners already registered, the half marathon expects to reach its capacity of 1,000 runners well before raceday.

Madison, CT – The Faxon Law Madison Half Marathon & 5K takes place on October 31, 2015 at 7:30 am. The inaugural event, hosted by the Rotary Club of Madison, begins and finishes at Hammonasset Beach State Park in Madison, CT. With nearly 600 runners already registered, the half marathon expects to reach its capacity of 1,000 runners well before raceday. The 5K is limited to 300 runners and should also sell out prior to raceday. The half marathon is the shoreline’s flattest half marathon course and winds through scenic Hammonasset Beach State Park, Shoreline Greenway Trails and surfside roads in Madison.

The first 1,000 entrants receive technical running shirts. Remaining entrants receive cotton shirts. All runners are invited to the post-race beach party including food, beverages, live music and more! Early packet pickup and registration (if available) is at soundRUNNER in Branford (1088 Main Street) on October 30 from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Race day packet pickup begins at 6 a.m. at Hammonasset Beach State Park.
