"Every single day, our animal control staff receive phone calls of hurt animals, whether domesticated or wild. Lucky for us, our staff have gone to school or have training in many areas regarding animals.
This juvenile Osprey was found on the ground and appeared to be struggling. The animal control staff brought the bird to our good friend Christine at A Place Called Hope to have the Osprey evaluated.

We are so grateful to rehabilitators like Christine who take on these beautiful birds of prey and nurse them back to health. Once this baby is ready, Christine will let us know and hopefully we can help get them safely back to his home."
