Legacy Theatre's Family Series: 'Winnie The Pooh' & 'A Princess Tea'
The theater in Stony Creek presents 'The Tales of Christopher Robin & Winnie-the-Pooh' and 'A Princess Tea' in March, April respectively.

STONY CREEK, CT — The Legacy Theatre presents its 2023 Family Series beginning in late March.
The theater will stage The Tales of Christopher Robin & Winnie-the-Pooh, on Saturday, March 25 at 10 a.m. and Sunday, March 26 at 2 p.m.
Adapted from the book by A. A. Milne, follow the adventurous and delightful tales of A.A. Milne’s engaging characters, Winnie-the-Pooh, Christopher Robin, Eeyore, Rabbit, Owl, and Piglet. The "World Premiere" production features composer Brad Ross’ innovative and humm-able tunes, with book adaptation and lyrics by Keely Baisden Knudsen. A fun and witty exploration of the Hundred Acre Wood, this performance will engage audiences of all ages.

On Saturday, April 29 at 10 a.m. and Sunday, April 30 at 2 p.m., the theatre stages A Princess Tea, Book and Lyrics by Chelsea Dacey. A Princess Tea follows the story of the evil queen who throws a tea party for all of the princesses in the kingdom. This fun musical for the whole family explores the real story of the evil queen (who maybe isn’t so evil after all) and being a good friend.
