The 2024 Family Series kicks off on Saturday, March 30, with Mario the Maker Magician. Mario was recently featured on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, and is called “the best kids’ magician in the world” by acclaimed magician David Blaine. Contagiously upbeat and full of heart, Mario the Maker Magician weaves through a world of vaudeville and magic, cardboard and robots, and science and innovation, to instill a positive message that will last in the minds and hearts of all who partake in the hour-long journey together. Not “just a kids’ show,” this is an all-ages theater experience for adults, kids, families -- everyone!
The Family Series continues on Saturday, April 20 with
BubbleMania!, a unique program combining high-energy entertainment and artistic achievement, visual comedy, quick wit, and the untamed, often unbelievable qualities of beautiful spherical liquids. Called “...a perfect blend of accessible science and downright fun!” by Roberta Gasbarre, Director, Discovery Theater, The Smithsonian Institute, “There is nothing as fascinating as the magic of bubbles... and there is no one that I've seen who explores them in such a crowd-pleasing way!” Casey Carle’s creations grow from intricate and imaginative bubble art forms to “trapping” people inside bubbles. He has consulted on bubble art with entertainment giants, the likes of Cirque du Soleil, Sesame Street, and SpongeBob the Musical. Casey's show has been presented in venues nationwide and in over a dozen countries with skills and humor that keeps ages 5-95 amazed, amused, and inspired.

Join us for a timeless tale retold as only a pop star (I mean pauper) can! The Princess and the Pauper is a Legacy Theatre Production with book, music, and lyrics by Chelsea Dacey.
Cardboard Explosion! is back by popular demand on Saturday, July 27. This fun show features four original stories brought to life using nothing but cardboard and the power of your imagination. With help from the audience, puppeteer Brad Shur transforms simple cardboard shapes into elaborate puppet characters, then brings them to life right before your eyes!
A second world premiere musical for children, Sweet Dreams: A Bedtime Story Comes to Life, will play at Legacy on Saturday, August 17. Join SalliJune as her magical adventures begin when she drifts off to sleep, finding fun and friendship along the way! Sweet Dreams: A Bedtime Story Comes to Life is a Legacy Theatre Production with book, music, and lyrics by Chelsea Dacey and Keely Baisden Knudsen.
