Man Inappropriately Touches Himself At Branford Library: Report
Police say they are investigating the incident, which has led to concern from parents.
BRANFORD, CT — Police are investigating a report of a man who was caught inappropriately touching himself while he was at the Branford Library on Wednesday, Fox 61 reports. The man was near a children's music program that was occurring, Fox 61 reports.
Police told Fox 61 that they know who the man is but would not disclose any other information saying the case is ongoing.
Several Branford parents told Fox 61 that they are appalled by the disturbing incident.
