• Former Agway/Smithland building in CT sells for $1.25 million: 'Two buildings totaling 21,360 SF' (courant.com) — A former Agway/Smithland Pet & Garden Center on Whitewood Lane in North Branford has sold for $1.25 million and is now available for lease, offering spaces from 3,600 to 21,360 square feet. Marketed by O,R&L Commercial, whose representative is based in Branford, the fully air-conditioned, B1-zoned property could attract new retail, warehouse, or office uses serving shoreline communities.

While the winner's name isn't public, the Connecticut Lottery confirms the big win and notes that prizes of $50,000 or more must be claimed in person at lottery headquarters.
