SeaGrass Grill is a new Farm to Table restaurant seeking a Prep/Utility person that is reliable and experienced. This person is responsible for cleaning all dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans and everything related to food and beverage preparation including equipment using the proper sanitation procedures. Practicing the FIFO method for everything stocked. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times. Understands and capable of executing a variety of recipes. Must be able to multi task and work well under pressure. Must have basic knife handling skills, ability to read and follow a recipe, strong sanitation habits, actively looks for ways to assist coworkers and ability to recognize when a problem occurs and communicate it to management.
Applicant must be able to speak English for kitchen duties required. I am looking for someone who is interested in learning the restaurant business, cooking and want to grow with us, and become part of our team.
