Register Now: 27th Annual Land Trust Environmental Day Camp For Kids
The Branford Land Trust's Environmental Day Camp for Kids is set for Monday, Aug. 12 rain or shine, the latter kids appear to be fine with!

BRANFORD, CT — Touch tanks, woodland and Long Island Sound exploration, nature crafts, and more are on the agenda for the Branford Land Trust’s popular hands-on Environmental Day Camp. Set for Aug. 12 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m at the Killam’s Point Conference Center, registration is now open.
"This is an awesome experience for children ages five to nine who will enjoy lots of hands-on activities," the Land Trust noted in a news release.
A full day’s agenda, map, and list of what to bring will be mailed upon receipt of registration and $45 payment. Additional children from the same family are $35, and it's $35 for BLT members. Scholarships are available for those in need.

The 27th annual Environmental Day Camp for Kids is hosted by Branford Land Trust, a local non-profit organization, accredited by the Land Trust Alliance, established in 1967 to protect Branford’s open space and natural resources. Run by volunteers and supported by member families and businesses, the Land Trust manages and protects over 1,000 acres in more than 130 parcels and holds conservation easements on another 400 acres in Branford.
