Register Now For Branford High School PTA's SAT Prep Course

BRANFORD, CT —The Branford High School PTA is sponsoring a late spring 2022 Math and Verbal/Writing SAT Prep Course.

Beginning Thursday, March 24, the six-session course will be held every Thursday from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. through May 5.

The deadline to register is March 17.

The Math and Verbal/Writing SAT prep course will review the basic verbal/writing and math principles, and concentrate on the design for the SAT and the appropriate test-taking strategies that can produce higher scores. Due to the time frame of the course, students must plan to do all the assignments as given, study carefully, and practice the strategies presented to them. Improvement in test scores is not guaranteed, but students will gain a sense of confidence by way of exposure to test-taking strategies and the skills necessary to complete the various sections of the SAT.

Students should bring pencils and a calculator to each class.

Tuition for the course is $190, which includes an SAT practice book. Checks should be made payable to Branford High School PTA. Checks will not be accepted by instructors.
