USCIS to Welcome Over 100 New U.S. Citizens at Branford High School

The ceremony will be held Friday at Branford High School.

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will present over 100 candidates for naturalization to the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut on Fri. Oct. 23 at 10:00 a.m.

The Honorable Charles S. Haight, Jr., Senior United States District Judge, District of Connecticut, will administer the Oath of Allegiance to America’s newest citizens during a naturalization ceremony at Branford High School.

Honored guests and speakers include: The Honorable Charles S. Haight, Jr., Senior United States District Judge; Nancy Charest, ERACE Citizenship Educator; Hamlet Hernandez, Superintendent, Branford Public Schools; and Ethan Enzer, Supervisory Immigration Services Officer, Section Chief, USCIS Hartford Field Office. Special musical selections will be performed by the high school choir, the Branford High Music Makers.
