- Accomplishment: Our kids favorite babysitter! Hughes doesn't just babysit however. She is very involved in Branford High School's Drama Department, plays tennis on the high school team, participates in the National Honors Society and takes Advance Placement Studio Art.
- Key to Awesomeness: Hughes says, "You have to find a balance between the things you want right now and the things you want in the future."
- Tyler and Spencer say: The children she babysits every weekend truly believe in the magic of Molly. "She is amazing because she is always trying to have fun and get us active without watching TV. We play games, do art, and even school work with Molly. You can tell she really likes babysitting," said 10-year-old Tyler Cipriano.
