Your Voice Needed As Town Develops Athletic Facilities Strategic Plan

BRANFORD, CT — It's likely that most residents have, at one time or another, used or visited a Branford athletic field.

Now, the town is looking to develop a plan for the future of those fields. And, it needs your input.

The town recently engaged BL Companies to develop an Athletic Facilities Strategic Plan.

"Whether you participate in organized league play, or recreational sports, your input is important," Branford First Selectman Jamie Cosgrove said. "The plan will provide a vision and road map for future athletic field development in the town of Branford.”

The first public workshop on the plan is set for Tuesday, May 16 from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Joe Trapasso Community House, 46 Church St.
