14-Year-Old Missing From Bridgeport: Police

BRIDGEPORT, CT — A 14-year-old girl is missing from Bridgeport, according to police.

Maria Reyes was reported missing from the Brewster Street area, police said, adding she was last seen about 9:15 a.m. Friday getting off a bus near Madison and Wheeler avenues.

Reyes is 5 feet tall, weighs 86 pounds, wears glasses, and has long dark brown hair and braces, according to police. She was wearing a brown knit Carhartt hat, a white shirt, a black vest, gray sweatpants, and black and white Converse sneakers, police said, noting she also had a gray backpack and may be wearing a red hoodie.
