2 Bridgeport Cops Dragged, Injured During Traffic Stop: Report
Police are searching for the driver.

BRIDGEPORT, CT — Two Bridgeport police officers suffered injuries early Wednesday morning when they were dragged about 30 feet while trying to stop a vehicle as the driver pulled away, reports News 12 Connecticut.
The two officers, whose identities were not released, were treated in a hospital for contusions and bruises, according to the news station, and police are searching for the driver, Queens, NY resident Naquan Clarke, 22.
Officers spotted Clarke driving in a vehicle with stolen plates at about 1:30 a.m. on Jewett Avenue, near Main Street. After pulling him over, officers tried to get Clarke, a former Marine who is considered dangerous and possibly armed, out of the vehicle but he drove off dragging the cops.
