2 Bridgeport Police Officers Injured In Crash

BRIDGEPORT, CT — Two Bridgeport police officers were injured in a crash at the intersection of South and Iranistan avenues in Bridgeport, according to authorities.

Both officers, who have not been named, were both taken to area hospitals following the 12:50 p.m. crash, and both are listed in stable condition.

Details of the crash were not immediately available, but Tiadora Josef, the city's Director of Public Information, said that the two were responding to a call "when they inadvertently collided with one another."
