2 Bridgeport Teams Earn Berths in High School Football Playoffs

Bunnell and Harding high schools will play in quarterfinal matchups Tuesday night.

BRIDGEPORT, CT — The CIAC released its pairings for the state high school football playoffs Friday, and a pair of scholastic teams based in Bridgeport will be competing for championships.

Harding, the No. 8 seed in Class L, will open at No. 1 Windsor, while in Class M, No. 6 Bunnell travels to No. 3 Killingly.

Here are the complete pairings for Classes LL, L, M and S; all opening round games are Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.
