2 Hospitalized After Motorized Scooter Crash In Bridgeport: Police

BRIDGEPORT, CT — Two juveniles suffered injuries Monday when the motorized scooter they were riding collided with another vehicle near the intersection of Stillman and East Main streets in Bridgeport, according to police.

The crash occurred at about 7 p.m., and both victims, one male and one female, were taken to Bridgeport Hospital for treatment for injuries that are not considered to be a threat to their lives.

"The driver of the vehicle remained on scene and the Department is investigating," said Bridgeport Public Information Officer Shawnna White in a statement.
